Treatment of Severe Functional Mitral Regurgitation using three Mitraclips

53 year old male patient with severe FMR and ischaemic cardiomyopathy in NYHA IV class was treated using three sequential mitraclips in the A2-P2 region. MR was reduced from severe to mild with excellent recovery.
